Cookey judges sure as hell can't be allowed to make law. That is what is happening right now, that and dippy mayors ignoring laws on the books. That mayor of San Francisco should be looking out from behind bars right now. Why isn't he. Governor Palmer isn't upholding his oath of office.

Include me in that group. Look, even if there is such a constitutional amendment, wacko judges will find a way around it. They could say that a person could define himself as a herself or some such nutty thing. The solution here is to get rid of wacko judges, not amend the constitution.
