My sister just called me and said she just got home from seeing this movie, through her tears, she said "The Passion of the Christ" will change the world. She said when it was over, nobody got up from their seats and most were crying. She said it is a must see everyone who believes in Jesus .

I am going to see if I can get tickets now

most were crying

I remember some imbecile sobbing out loud when Leo DiCaprio floated away in "Titanic".

This movie I have to see with my own two eyes.

I'm saying this with a touch of sarcasm, BUT if this movie is going to change the world, we should begin seeing a difference in about 30 days.

My guess is most of the seats being sold, at least now, are to believers or practioners of faith anyway. They would likely be moved no matter what the message as long as it's Christ centered.

It's one thing to be moved emotionally and from what I've read and heard, this is a very emotional movie. It's another to be "moved". I think most people are being affected emotionally, not in a life shattering "movement". It's one thing to commit to faith, I mean truly commit to faith. It's quite another to have had an emotional experience.

I agree with your sister. I say the 12:45 pm show here in Ft. Worth after being at 9 am mass. Nobody moved dead silence, for about 5 or 6 minutes. Let Hollywood produce there usual drivel.

Same thing with my sister-in-law. She called me this evening at 7:30 and I thought she had a cold. She said she had been crying because she saw "The Passion", and that was at 12:30 in the afternoon. She said people were openly wailing in the theater. She had me in tears and I haven't even seen it yet.
