There is a whole lot of things that can be done regarding China. The problem is, none of the lot know what they are talking about.
When you have stuff like this coming from the Bush Admin officials too, it doesn't lead one to have much confidence that anyone will do anything different.
Best bet is to decide your vote on other issues.
