How come these idiots don't realize if they close the so called "tax loopholes" for corporations, the corporations will simply cut expenses to make up for the additional costs. And the first place they will look is employment costs.

Because they simply don't understand that corporations don't pay taxes. The consumer does.

The reason they don't understand this is because none of these guys have worked in the private sector. They think business is just like gov't. The money just drops out of the sky.
