Muahahahahahahaha...this is great, coming on the heels of the Washington Post report this morning that Kerry has taken tons of $$$$ from CEOs of offshored companies!

Rather, it is liberalism that destroys communities and is destroying America.

Silly bat. I wonder how many small-time ketchup makers her family's company has destroyed.

Spoken like a true DemoRat.

I drive a big ol gas guzzling SUV - but you should not because I think they destroy the environment.

I pay big bucks for accountants and lawyers so I can pay little or no tax on my money. But we need to increase your tax rate to fund all these neat little social programs that make me feel so good. Help the little guy, you know.

BARF.

Umm, I rather think it is politicians and their wives who say one thing but act differently to enrich themselves in private that destroys communities.

Stuff like this would be front-page news if it involved Republicans. The media is just deafeningly silent about this.

What also didn't make the papers was the one tidbit posted on another thread about how something like over fifty of the Heinz Company's eighty-something plants have been relocated offshore in recent years. All the while Kerry is out hammering Bush about job losses and saying he's gonna "do something" about all the offshoring going on. I guess I'd be more inclined to take him seriously (although probably not, because of other issues) if he'd start with his rich wife's own company, and the employees they trashed when they did their offshore move.

When the local Walmart decided to expand to a SuperWalmart awhile back, the local grocery stores all screamed how it would destroy them, blah blah blah... What happened afterwards, was that the grocery stores, then built more grocery stores and that too brought more jobs for the locals.

Now Walmart is building another SuperWalmart on the opposite side of town to replace the out of business KMart Supercenter.

I can only hope the other store start screaming loud again, so they will again build more stores and hire more locals. Must be the economy huh?

She and horsehead are better and smarter than us.

Its very complicated, thats why we can't understand the reason behind their lies and hypocrisy.

One day, when we care about people as much as they do, we too will see the light.

The Heinz-Kerry's are the most hypocritical people ever in politics (Bill and Hillary at least defended what they did by claiming it was okay, John and Teresa blaim everyone else for what they actually do). Its no surprise the media loves them, they took all of the family money from a Republican and that makes them heroes. The ridiculous thing is that if she had been married to a Democratic senator with several hundred million dollars and then married a Republican after the plane crash, the media would be asking if the plane was sabotaged.

She needen't have worried about offending anyone there with that comment. I doubt if any of those Democrat activist women have ever set foot in a Wal-Mart!
