If he was injecting a substance into his bound victims that will eventually cause their deaths then he is a murderer (though technically not so until the first one dies). If the boys agreed to the injections he's just a twisted pervert guilty of assisted suicide.

I was implying that if the murder conviction holds the guy will join Gacy in hell.
