No law was broken......it is called common sense.....which Michael Jackson lacks. I work in east coast retail chain......if someone walks in the door with a ski mask pulled down .....I call the cops.

I hear ya, been there. If I didn't call the cops myself I'd tell someone else to get ready to do that on my signal.
It's not illegal to wear pantyhose over your face either, but there's always a reason why people want to cover their faces, and most of the reasons involve a very unpleasant day for people who work around cash...moral of the story, if you don't want to be treated like an armed robber, don't dress like one.
