Number One rule for staying healthy: don't sh*t where you eat. I guess the "leadership" in this part of the world hasn't learned that lesson yet.

The devolution of Zimbabwe apparently taught them nothing.

According to the CIA Factbook on Namibia:

Namibia normally imports about 50% of its cereal requirements; in drought years food shortages are a major problem in rural areas.

They're starting from a lower agricultural baseline than Zim did, so Namibia doesn't have as far to fall.
