To qualify for the rank of Eagle Scout, one of the required merit badges is Physical Fitness. I seriously doubt Moore has been physically fit even one day in his miserable life. Therefore, I doubt he was ever an Eagle Scout.

Don't the BSA keep records? It should be easy enough to confirm. Otherwise any kook can say they were an eagle scout. (homoactivits would all claim they were "eagle scouts")
