It matters not what Bush says or does. It matters not what Kerry says or does. Under Kerry, happy Iraqi's will be interviewed, and the wonderful work of our soldiers will finally be displayed. Afganistan will suddenly not be a "mess" any more, and France and Germancy will love us again.

The NY elite media want him gone, he will be gone. No way will he be able to "go over the heads of the media", those days are long gone.

They did it to Dole, and Bush 41, almost did it in 2000, they will succeed in 2004. Their influence in enormous. Think about it. They even influence "freepers".

Radio updates.
Nightly news.
NPR
CNN,MSNBC and Fox,
Comedy shows.
Hollywood movies and sitcoms.
Education.
Unions.
Trial Lawyers.
Financial news, (NY elites, who somehow missed the dot-com bubble, and Enron in the 90's) And suddenly see NAFTA as a Bush creation, after a decade.
Reuters and AP (WORLDWIDE).
UN reporters.
Books, NYT bestseller list
Local news, (use NYT, AP, and Reuters)
Time and Newsweek
People mag
Entertainment weekly

If they want health-care in the news, it will be a crisis.

If they want jobs in the news, no-matter what the unemloyment rate is, it will be a crisis.

If they want Iraq, WMD, Afgan, Osama, Middle East peace, Haiti, it will be a crisis and Bush's fault.

And on and on. The news will be delievered with no context, or explaination, (except for Kerry's votes, his military service, his elite east coast background, which has already been whitewashed by CNN with a VERY flattering bio of Kerry)

They have already labeled Bush's ad against Kerry's votes somehow negative.

They will report and spin anyway they like. (H. Finnman said he talks to middle america, and they say Bush hasn't grown in office, and is not up to the job) A stunning statement that all of the "objective reporters" guests on Russert's weekend show agreed with.

Example, I spoke with a neighbor yesterday who has never been political. She told me that the Iraq war took place because the Bush family is in business with the Saudi's.

Since she brought it up, I explained the 91 Gulf War, ( of which she admitted to knowing nothing), and of course she knew nothing about any facts on any issues, (mid-30's, wife of a DR) and educated.

Even the "Disney 2004" book I looked at, (sister is going), said this of the American display at Epcot.

"The patriotism is HEAVYHANDED"! I had a 99' and 00' book so I checked, nothing but praise for the American display.

I am afraid all we can do is talk to everyone we meet, and pray, pray, pray.

Oh bullcrap. Dole ran a loser campaign. Even as a 19 year old who wasn't into politics, I knew Dole got the nomination more as a "Thanks for your service to the GOP" and that he wasn't even really trying to win. Think of it as the ultimate gold watch employee giveaway.

And GHW Bush lost for two reasons: 1) Ross Perot, and 2) He sold us out and agreed to a tax increase. He deserved to get beaten.

Remember they tried to do exactly the same against Reagan - and failed miserably.

GW Bush will also run an optimistic campaign and....win.

Keep your faith.

You are right about both the vast power of the supporters of Evil and the clueless American voter. However, the RATmedia has made some serious mistakes which are hurting their credibility. The Janet Jackson exposure revealled a total disconnect with middle American and the hysteria surrounding the "Passion" does not help it regain it.

The Hive of Evil has been kicked over and the Hornets are enraged and delirious in a manner speaking of great desperation. As long as it keeps overreaching we still have a chance. They are stinging each other.
