KERRY: Well, God will -- look, I think -- I believe in God, but I don't believe, the way President Bush does, in invoking it all the time in that way. I think it is -- we pray that God is on our side, and we pray hard. And God has been on our side through most of our existence.
Kerry allowed his hatred and ideological purblindness to ruin an opportunity to say something unifying and presidential like "I think I and the President and the other candidates and everyone would pray that God would have the grace and give us the wisdom to allow us to act rightly in this world. We should all of us, everywhere, ask for Him for His mercy."

Kerry and other liberals pay lip service to God's existence only when politically expedient. Their God is sunshiney, no responsibility, no hard choices. Feel good, make nice, and reality doesn't matter. They wink when they speak of God; everyone who's anyone knows it's let's pretend time...a sop to flyover country. Imagine how frightening The Passion of The Christ is to liberals.

yes u are rite
kerry was served a gopher ball with the "GOD on our side "question but was too stupid and too hateful to do anything but whiff at it.
Maybe since it was CBS they should let him have a "do-over" and this time he could give us the answer he should have given
