Isn't this wonderful Julie?!! The Jury will get to see and hear a REAL Sociopath "in action"!! I believe that the Prosecution has lived and breathed this case from the get go and they could probably tell their story very well. Your so right, Scott will unfortunately for him, being testifying!!

And in addition to the wisdom he imparts through his bugged phone calls, we will also have Scott's testimony through those TV interviews!!
I don't feel that we have to wait and wonder about the judge's ruling on those--I feel very strongly that those are definitely coming in. I can't even think of any legitimate legal grounds for attempting to exclude the interviews. I expect Geragos to say that the networks' videotapes are flawed, but I wouldn't expect him to be able to find any REAL flaws with their tapes.
