Great, since most of the crap is sent over here. If you want a good stone you must go to Amsterdam or Tel Aviv. Since most Americans dont know the difference betweem a good diamond(4 C's)and crap..........

since most of the crap is sent over here.Go to Tiffany's in NYC or Birk's in Toronto. Both are selling Canadian diamonds. And unlike the manufactured trinkets , they're real .

don't want a diamond with a polar bear etched on the girdle.

Cultured Diamonds are threatening DeBeers distribution monopoly.
Works for me as long as the cultured diamond has the same fire and sparkle when out on the town.

I understood that but, a first day poster, posts a story that leads off with the US debt and twists into diamonds in Canada and Cultured diamonds? Has a tuna smell.

Not all Canadian diamonds are marked that way. Although those that are marked and certified as to their source . Buy a Canadian one, or buy a blood diamond or a phony one. I really don't care.

They're all just trinkets. Even the $1,000,000 ones.

Yes unless they are used in manufacturing. They are just pretty stones.
Good marketing by the diamond companys have made the market. They have convinced a lot of people to spend money on something just to look at. So be it.
I would rather buy a good firearm then any diamond.
To: riverrunner
Yea, give me something I can play with.
