To: NYC GOP Chick
I'll ask you the same question I ask every Atkins person I encounter: How much and what type of exercise do you do?

1 hour three times a week, consisting of:
Bench press one warm-up set of 205 lbs, 2 sets at 255, one set 275.
12-18 minutes of stair machine.
4 sets of curls using 45 and 55 lb dumb bells.
Universal machines for other muscle groups.

Result? Prior to Atkins 240 lbs at 6' tall. No real change in weight over 3 year period. After 7 weeks "on" I have lost 15 lbs.

You need to do more cardio.

Is this exercise plan what you're doing now, or prior to Atkins or both?
