I remember when that scumbag charged Kay Bailey Hutchinson with various crimes, and then refused to present any evidence on the first day of trial...
Seems like if the Texas GOP had any smarts, they'd strip Earle of the power to prosecute corruption charges, and vest that power with the statewide elected Attorney General.
