Is there such a thing as a quiet explosion?
Has OSHA approved the sound level for these explosions? Did the terrorists issue hearing protection gear before setting off their explosions? Do they have an approved Health and Safety Plan? Have they trained all their operatives on making safe loud explosions? Where are the training records kept? Are they available for agency inspection?

Has OSHA approved the sound level for these explosions? We joke around saying "That's it! Those neighbors are being way too noisy. I'm calling the cops. They're exceeding the allowed decibel level."
