This is all very nice and warm and fuzzy, but why did so dang many republicans vote for those dumb-ass amendments to begin with?
No amendments would have meant a clean bill that may have had a good chance of passing.
This bill was NOT about guns; it was about trial lawyers.
And who else do you think will be leading the pack to kill our 2nd Amendment rights?
