Woman convicted for stabbing husband 193 times (wanted to make sure he'd stay dead)

HOUSTON -- A jury Wednesday convicted a woman of murder for stabbing her husband 193 times, rejecting her claim that she acted in self-defense after years of abuse.
Susan Wright, 27, could get up to 99 years in prison. The sentencing phase was to begin in the afternoon.
Prosecutors said she killed Jeffrey Wright in 2003 to collect on his $200,000 life insurance policy.
Jeffrey Wright, 34, was found buried in the couple's back yard after Susan Wright's attorney reported the body to authorities.
Wright, a former topless dancer, testified that her husband beat her repeatedly and that right before he was killed, he raped her and threatened her with a knife.
However, prosecutors said she filed her only domestic abuse report to police the day after the slaying.

193 times... my arm is tired just thinking about that. Are we absolutely sure that it wasn't 194.
Who's to say that he wasn't still alive after 193 and someone else stabbed him for the 194th time and killed him...hmmmmmmmm?

Cute? Yes. In that "I used to grind on men's laps for pay" kind of way.
She doesn't clean up very convincingly does she? You know how every form of vermin comes before the judge clean cut and dressed to the nines. Well this one exudes Chambers County Trailer Park regardless of the git up.

Her next defense is that it was an accident. She slipped, while holding a knife. 193 times.
The first time she doesn't know how it happened. The next 192, the blood made the floor slick.
