Even if one RAT is lost, wouldn't be worth it? After all, we're doing it for the children!

The more Rat losses the better in my book.

I'm doing what I can with the youth of the West suburbs. I have two of my own now eligible to vote. The older made sure to go vote for Coleman and Pawlenty in 2002. The younger called me from the gym the other day to ask why CNN was so stupid. They had it on while she was running and she finally put on her headphones to drown it out.

Even funnier, they did a "test" in her Senior Government class last year to define if they were Republican, Democrat, or Independent. She called to tell me, "Mom, I'm the only Republican in my class" LOL!

Add in several friends who frequent our house where they get a healthy dose of FOX News and they are now coming over to ask me questions. I'm working on it.

One thing the Rats aren't thinking about is a lot of these younger voters have friends that are now serving in the Military. They get a first hand view of what strong leadership means to people they personally care about.

Like you said, it's for the children.

Bush still at 67% and stalled. A few hundred more FReeps would be good...

Bump back to the top.

I don't know which Eyewitness News Cast it'll be aired on though. It just says they'll air the results on "Eyewitness News". I hope it's 10:00 where they'll get the most coverage!

What they do is clearly beyond our control. The simple thought of a decisive 2/3 majority in their limp-wristed straw poll would be a nice kick in the pants for the KSTP management and all of the Minnesotan RAT's. After all the gushing today in the media about the tremendous turn-out at the RAT caucuses and the gibbering about the battle-royale in November between Bush and the emerging titan Kerry, I'd be more than pleased to send a message - even if unofficial. When you think about it, our FReeps are no more irrelevant than their specious polling, and if aired, the results still skew the perspective of their usual agenda.

At 9:54, the poll is off the KSTP website and the new poll asks if the Vikes should trade Randy Moss.

Of course, I voted: YES.

Hey this was nice to see. I usually ignore notices about polls, because they can be so easily maninipulated, especially when one sees "freep this poll" --- just my opinion. It must be the same when DU calls for their side.

Anyway, it was GREAT to see Terilyn here.

Miss hearing you Teri!

(PS, would you please tell a Don Vogel joke or two? Miss him terribly.) JLO

(PS, I moved WAY up to northern MN about 5 years ago. There are absolutelely NO conservertative views around here.)

I agree - you are correct about the manipulation of polls and the usual futility (i.e., permanent effects) of such manipulation. The only reason I posted was because of the potential for offsetting the local media glee over the RAT turn-out at the caucuses last night. I admit there is little to it in the long view, but I do like meeting the media's rudeness and crass distortions just like some folks like mooning as a method of juvenile disrespect, er, at least did at one time.

Besides, only FReeper FReeps are (a little Don Vogel trivia for you here) "100% accurate." Know the reference?

LOL! No Don Vogel jokes in my arsenal.

It's nice to see you too. I'm sorry to hear you're surrounded though.

But hey, think of it as a challenge to change hearts and minds. Good luck up there in Wellstone Country ;)
