The State Department has been authorized to use $20 million to assist Palestinian refugees in the West Bank and Gaza through the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
According to a February 27 statement by State Department Spokesman Richard Boucher, President Bush authorized the funds in response to UNRWA's emergency appeal for $193 million to fund food, shelter, health, and other humanitarian needs of over 1.5 million Palestinian refugees.
"The United States is the largest bilateral donor to UNRWA. We encourage other donors to contribute urgently to this emergency appeal," said the statement.

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2004/03/20040302-2.htmlWe have been called to service. We've been called to action. And we accept that responsibility. With fine allies, we are winning the war against the terrorists. We're disrupting terrorist operations. We're cutting off their funding.
I laid out a doctrine a while ago, and it said if you harbor a terrorist, if you feed a terrorist, you're just as guilty as the terrorists.
The US must stop being hypocritical.

What's worse, they KNOW this is money wasted. Let Arafat pay for their needs, he's raked off far more than $20 million.
Aaargh!

Palestinians, the homless beggars on the world's street corners.
Is charity their only source of income as a people?
What industry do they have besides bomb-making?

Food and shelter? Not - it's just more $ for bomb making materials and other weapons. If we supply food and medicine, that just fees up there other resources for buying weapons.
Either way, our $$ will help their terrorist activities. No thanks - why don't they beg from their Arab/Muslim buddies? Oh, yeah - they can't stand them either. The only money flowing from those thugs to the Palis is reward money for the murderer's families.
