How much? This was a little quick considering there were multiple charges and defendants.

Wall Street thinks 'not guilty' and I'll stick with the street: not guilty on any charge (my guess).

Not guilty, she has too much money and is too famous. The heck with the integrity of our judicial system.

They don't know if it's just a verdict on one of them or both of them.
It may be she made a deal, so sez Fox.

I bet she walks and they convict the prosecutor.
To: Bikers4Bush
I too believe she will be found guilty of one or two counts. Bacanovic (sp?) will face a stiffer sentence.

can you cut a deal after the jury has the case? AFAIK, the answer is "yes." The state is the plaintiff in this case, and can settle any time up until the verdict is rendered.

Yeah, you can cut a deal while the jury's deliberating, but it's rarely done. Deals are usually cut prior to trial
I really really hate this time during trials.

I'm going with not guilty,,she is a hag but damn, she has great household hints. And my family always watches her thanksgiving special and laughs harder and harder every year. On one of her holiday ones, she recommends shoveling your walk and leaving 1/4 inch of snow on the walk for the beauty. You can't send a person like that to jail, even if guilty.

Extra security was seen outside the Manhattan federal courthouse where the trial is being held. Why? Are we expecting a daring jailhouse breakout led by Westport housewives?

well, if you are the defendant, I might suggest something in tan with a brown blouse, plain gold studs and no necklace and no rings with low heels. If you are the prosecutor, black. If you are one of us, basic chinos with a cotton blouse and a nice sweater will do, no heels and no tennis shoes in court,,very tacky.
