NEW YORK - Musician David Crosby was arrested on marijuana and gun possession charges early Saturday at a Times Square hotel, police said. Crosby, 62, a two-time inductee to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, had checked out of the hotel but left a piece of luggage behind, police said.
A hotel worker found the bag and went through it looking for identification, and called police after finding marijuana, a .45-caliber handgun and two knives, authorities said.

Wow, isn't that special. I wonder if old David is in favor on Conceal Carry or Gun Ownership laws. Anyway I thought this deserves a good campfire song!!! Everyone:
Teach your children well, To carry guns, and carry knives.
And teach, them to bear arms, to not shoots guns, while getting high, high!
Don't you ever wonder why, why the libs are so gun shy, So just look at them and sigh, and know they hate you!

As if the hotel worker couldn't just go down to the desk and ask who had been registered to that room.
Looks like he thought he had a real 'find' and changed his mind pretty quickly.

Looks like he thought he had a real 'find' and changed his mind pretty quickly. I agree. And besides, don't people put their names and addresses on luggage tags *outside* the suitcase, not inside?

I like David's music, but how fried do you have to be to leave THAT suitcase behind?

If liberals make gun laws, only liberals will own guns.

Some of these old-time rockers really should retire.
Wasn't Art Garfunkel arrested with pot a few weeks ago - - while driving his own limousine?
How pathetic.

What is it with all these so called 'stars'. The more I read/hear of them the more I am beginning to believe that you have to be a drug user, homosexual or just a plain old nut case to gain fame in movies and music.
