When Kerry uses "Benedict Arnold," he does so in a manner that praises the esteemed high-ranking American military officer. And to disagree with the point that he makes questions Kerry's patriotism. So don't disagree with him, it is not protected by free speech because dissent from Kerry on this point is unpatriotic and un-American.
