Won't Daley - guarded by armed security and I'm better and more important than you - object? He can object all he wants. He does not vote in the state legislature.
For all I know, he could have a coronary and keel over three months from now, and become totally irrelevant. Mayor Daley is not God.

Does Daley have influence in the legislature? Or is it a group-think matter, where most of the legislators think as Daley does?
Does Illinois have enough pro-freedom legislators to tell Daley to take a flying leap and pass CC?
