"Now wait, do you seriously suggest that the picture displayed in post 288 is a forgery? Questioning of text sources is one thing, but give me a break."
No. I'm saying that there is no way to know if it's real or not. Is it? If you say Yes, how do you know? It's particularly suspect when it's taken out of the context of a news website (and, again, Rush Limbaugh and Drudge don't count).

See above. And the source that he provided isn't "Rush" or "Drudge".

You can right click on the image a see that it's hosted by a news magazine. Of course that doesn't prove it's authentic, but it proves it's been seen by enough people that a stink would be raised if it were fabricated.
Consider the one famous composite pic that originated here. It created a furor within 24 hours, even though posted as a joke.

Okie dokie. I'm done with news for today. I'm sure you'll post something else, as it seems you're waiting for people to leave their computers so that you can "get the last word in". Don't worry, we all understand that's the kind of person you are.
Like I said in my original post to you though, how can you seriously call into question visual evidence of someone's position and call that "evidence" of your position? Are there fake photographs? Sure you bet there are, like the ones that were circulated around last week claiming to show rapes of Iraqi women by US soldiers. But you know what tough guy?
They were PROVEN to be faked.
Anyone can say, "That picture's a fake". Anyone can do that. But that hardly qualifies as a strong rebuttal. One needs PROOF of that statement, for it to carry any weight.
So go ahead, keep calling it a fake, bury your head in the sand and do whatever else you need to do to deny the truth that doug from upland has told you. I'm done.
And oh yeah, go ahead and get that last word in. Make yourself look real tough.
