That's exactly what they're doing. Just like the myth that firefighters are for Kerry. Yesterday, a NYC firefighter called in to Steve Maltzberg's WABC radio show and said most of the firefighters he knows are voting for Bush. He said at least 8 out of 10 support the President. These meaningless polls are manufactured, as you say, to drive President Bush's ratings down.
