Where, exactly, did Browne say we should be providing drugs to kids? I don't recall that being part of his platform... Not that I care much for Browne. He didn't do the party any good in the long run. But let's not be putting words in his mouth. That's what Kerry and other big-time politicians do to each other. Obviously, you missed the 'humor' of my post. "giving" is not libertarian; any good libertarian would require that goods be paid for.

Well, we wouldn't advocate GIVING drugs to kids, either, because kids can't decide for themselves. They can't drink or have sex, either, so those laws would still exist. And, for good measure, I'd call for them to be tougher.
But, once you're an adult, should it be the government's business what substances you put into your body? Doesn't that imply ownership?
Sorry I didn't see the humor, cin.

If you click the "yes" button on the question, Should Marijuana be legalized," your computer suddenly will go, "ding ding ding---Go no further!---We have a winner!"

51-90 points: You are a medium-core libertarian, probably self-consciously so. Your friends probably encourage you to quit talking about your views so much.

Well, we wouldn't advocate GIVING drugs to kids, either, because kids can't decide for themselves. That's what I said. Libertarians are not for giving it away; they would require that the kids pay for the drugs.
Libertarian Party Platform calls for repeal of ALL drug laws! Of course, that would require repeal of any laws restricting the purchase, possession or use of drugs by minors.

You do know what the definition of "anarchist" is, right? Libertarian?

No, because an anarchist wants NO laws. We need SOME laws, and SOME government, just not the steaming piles of it being accumulated by the two ruling parties.
And I still think you're misreading the "repeal all drug laws" thing to interpret it as applying to kids as well. I'd be for jailing any SOB that gives/sells drugs to kids, but not to consenting adults.
BTW, what's all that in the last post?

I'm still relatively new here, cin. I don't know who "xrp" is.xrp is a dolt that has followed me around on the board for the past year also filling my FR inbox with mail. His tactic is to try to get me to respond and then to keep raising the rhetoric until I say something 'over the line' and then he hits the abuse button on me. He has in the past accused me of being a rapist and child killer among other things.

We're in the same ballpark. I got a 95. If I had scored a perfect 160, I would have had to re-think some things!

Taking no responsibility for your own actions and blaming someone else so you can wear the mantle of victimhood.
What a stellar example of conservatism you turned out to be.

You do a fine enough job of discrediting yourself with your own words.
You don't need my help.
