To: Hank Kerchief
I had many friends in my younger days who called themselves by that name.

They were both highly intelligent and highly irritating.

I agreed with their critique of the Left. I never did like their stinging critique of me. ;-)

To this day I can still hear Ayn Rand with that heavy Russian accent demanding "check your premises". I just wish all my liberal and radical friends could have heard the voice as well. The world would be a better place if they had.

Isn't it a strange fact? So many truly intelligent people never learn the simple truth, everyone is not going to agree with them, even when they are right, and annoying people is only going to convince them they are wrong.

And I'm sure you already know your liberal friends do not want to know the premises their beliefs are based on.
