Anyone who hasn't bought and read Ann Coulter's great book, "Treason," ought to. She absolutely proves that the DemonRat party and the Roosevelt and Truman administrations were totally penetrated by Communist traitors, the most notorious of them being Alger Hiss. The Communists so easily penetrated the DemonRat party because the DEmonRat socialist ideology was highly sympathetic to Communism.

It's no different today. The highest ranking DemonRats, including Ketchup Boy, the Hero of Chappaquidick, and Howard Dean, never really saw a terrorist or Marxist foreign tyranny they didn't love more than the U.S. That makes it easy for them to harbor the likes of this woman, just as the Truman and Roosevelt administrations harbored Alger Hiss and many other traitors.

If the Feds do a good job sweating her, she might even spill a few more names.

Lindauer also worked for then-Rep. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., before joining the office of former Illinois Sen. Carol Moseley-Braun as press secretary in 1996.

Susan Sachs writing in the NY Times,: February 29, 2004, reported

"In the high-flying days after Iraq was allowed to sell its oil after 10 years of United Nations sanctions, the lobby of the Rashid Hotel in Baghdad was the place to be to get a piece of the action.

"That was where the oil traders would gather whenever a journalist, actor or political figure would arrive in Iraq and openly praise Mr. Hussein. Experience taught them that the visitor usually returned to the hotel with a gift voucher, courtesy of the Iraqi president or one of his aides, representing the right to buy one million barrels or more of Iraqi crude." [end excerpt]

I wonder if she and her Rat ex-bosses visited Iraq. What about Bonior, McDermott, et al., Sean Penn? Bonior probably got a lot more than one million barrels; to wit, Bonior urged lifting the sanctions on Iraq, claiming they had killed some 700,000 children.

A googled source reminds us

"George Galloway, an outspoken member of the governing Labor Party, received an annual cut from Iraq's exports under the oil-for-food program worth approximately $585,500."

"Obviously, I had no reason to think that she was involved in this alleged activity."

How is it obvious?

Lockerbie Trial Document: Susan Lindauer Deposition 4 December 1998

Last month, MEIB reported that Dr. Richard Fuisz, a major CIA operative in Syria during the 1980s, met with a congressional staffer by the name of Susan Lindauer in 1994 and told her that that the perpetrators of the December 1988 bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland were based in Syria [see "The Lockerbie Bombing Trial: Is Libya Being Framed?" Middle East Intelligence Bulletin, June 2000]. One month after their meeting, the Clinton administration, which holds Libya responsible for the bombing, placed a gag order on Dr. Fuisz to prevent him from publicly discussing the issue.

While Dr. Fuisz is still unable to comment on this matter because of the gag order, MEIB has obtained a copy of a formal deposition filed by Lindauer in 1998 in which she recounts this conversation in detail. This deposition (see below) has been submitted to the court in which two Libyan suspects are currently on trial and to U.N. officials, who have attempted to persuade the Clinton administration to lift the gag order on Dr. Fuisz.

Lindauer says that she has been subject to intense surveillance, threats, and attacks since she began meeting with Libyan officials in 1995 to discuss her knowledge of the Lockerbie bombing.

"Civil Rights Under Fire" is the topic for a speech to be given by Moseley-Braun on campus tonight. The speech will focus on affirmative action as a way for people to fulfill their job potentials, Susan Lindauer, spokeswoman for Moseley-Braun, said.

Lindauer said Moseley-Braun defends affirmative action policies because these policies help women and minorities get more jobs and education. She said the senator will speak about women and minorities, who benefit most from these policies, because they provide strength and perseverance to the workforce that otherwise would be lacking.

Congressional Assignments

Three West Coast Democrats have tapped media veterans to fill Press Secretary slots in their Capitol Hill offices, Roll Call reported. Oregon's Peter DeFazio chose Susan Lindauer, a reporter for U.S. News & World Report in 1990-91....

Mind you, I am just a crooked lying muther, but the possibility of a connection between this woman and the Kofi Annan et al oil deals springs to my mind.

Lindauer's activities under indictment were immediately preceded her service to Lofgren. US Rep Zoe Lofgren (Dem, CA) serves on the following commitees: Homeland Security, Judiciary, and Science. In my opinion, her positions in all three are exceptional locii for a spy:
Statement of Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren on Ms. Susan Lindauer
March 11,2004

Washington, DC – U.S. Representative Zoe Lofgren (D-San Jose) issued the following statement today regarding the arrest of Ms. Susan Lindauer.

“I was shocked to learn from news reports today that Ms. Susan Lindauer, who served on my staff for an eight week period in 2002, was indicted for ‘conspiring to act as a spy for the Iraqi Intelligence Service.’ Ms. Lindauer served as Press Secretary in my Washington, D.C. office from March 11, 2002 until May 14, 2002. To my knowledge, this former employee had no access to sensitive information. Obviously, I had no reason to think that she was involved in this alleged activity. I have had no further contact with her since she left my employ. If there is any way I can assist with the investigation, I will happily do so.”

Heh, nice catch. Give Zoe a little slack though ... at least she REMEMBERED her (unlike Senator Carol Mostly-Wrong).

Great point, what a stupid Lie Braun is trying to foist on the American people (not that its her first) that she doesn't remember her own press secretary. Its not like she served a 2nd term or anything!
