All I can say is that I'm at a loss of words. This guy has to be the stupidest person alive. (Or, he loves to skip out on paying taxes on monetary gifts).

I seriously don't believe he is still leaving so much as a nickel in his CAR.

These robberies are staged, they have to be. Nobody is this dumb.

Man is clearly giving the money to relative or such and using the robbing ploy as a way out of paying taxes on the money.

Suit filed against Powerball winner

Race track worker accuses Whittaker of assault, battery

By Charles Shumaker
STAFF WRITER

Record Powerball jackpot winner Jack Whittaker has been sued by a female worker at Tri-State Race Track and Gaming Center, who alleges Whittaker forced her head toward his crotch while he gambled at the track in March 2003.

Charity D. Fortner, a floor attendant at the track, alleged Whittaker was gambling in the “High Roller Room” at the track with a female friend when the incident occurred, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Kanawha Circuit Court.

When Whittaker’s friend’s slot machine ran out of tokens, Fortner reached to fill it up. While she bent down, her lawsuit alleges, Whittaker grabbed Fortner’s ponytail and shoved her head toward his crotch. She walked away and was replaced by another female attendant, according to the lawsuit.

Fortner alleges that Whittaker snapped the other woman’s bra strap, and that he grabbed another woman’s rear end, although she did not see those incidents.

Ok, in case you've been living under a rock, let's review Jack Wittaker's life:

After winning $315 million in the Powerball a in 2002, he has been:

1. Drugged and had $500,000 stolen from his car at a strip club.

2. Charged with threatening to kill the manager of a bar.

3. Charged with DUI just a couple weeks later.

4. Had $100,000 stolen from his car, AGAIN. (see a trend yet?)

5. Been sued for allegedly lewd conduct against a female employee at a race track.

6. Had $85,000 and a Rolex stolen from his car. AGAIN!

Why would a Powerball winner get out of paying taxes?? After winning the Powerball I'd pay the taxes and get them out of the way.

How can people be SO DUMB? PAY THE TAXES ALREADY. You're still gonna have a bunch of money left over sheesh....

This is a beautiful state and a great place to live, and I'd stay here even after winning $315 million, too. I just sure as heck wouldn't hang out in strip bars and gambling parlors, or leave gobs of cash in my car, like this nitwit!

Wasn't he originally a devout Christian who was going to give much of his winnings to charity? What, is he spreading the good word at race tracks and strip joints?

Wouldn't it be the relative who would have to pay the taxes on such gifts, and not him?
