So little George can now declare himself a girl and inhabit the girls' lavatory.

Board members Judy Ahrens, Blossie Marquez-Woodcock and Helena Rutkowski have voted to reject state-mandated revisions of the district's anti-discrimination policy that redefine "gender" as a person's actual or perceived sex. So if I "perceive" I'm a bird and I jump off a building does that mean I can fly? No, reality should hit me about the same time the ground does.
The test for a person's gender is easy. Drop your pants. A penis means you are a boy, a vagina means you are a girl. If you have both you are a hermaphrodite. If you have neither, you are in deep trouble.

Krazy Kalifornia is at it again.
This new state law makes no logical sense at all. Are these idiots on drugs or what?
To: churchillbuff
I knew things were bad out there but I can't believe that it is state law to allow a child to decide which gender they are. All you gotta do is check between the legs and you can figure that one out very easily.
Thank God there are some who are willing to stand up to such nonsense!

"They can't just turn around now and say they will not follow a law simply because they don't like it." Tell that to the Mass. supremos. They didn't like the definition of marriage so they changed it. Now they can pass marriage laws they DO like. Wonderful thing about the rule of law. If you want to do something wrong and vile, pass a law that allows it. Yup. The rule of law is a wonderful thing. We are a nation of laws, not men. ;
Whoops! Catch 22, supremos. The law says that the court can't pass laws. Oh well. They can change that too. Just re-define the word, 'legislature' to include 'same-sex' justices.

The old "Lesbian trapped in a man's body" ploy, coming to a local social engineering seminar (read "school") near you.
All that aside, why in the H**L is this even being discussed? No wonder Jane and Johnny can't read, because those in charge are worrying about "gender normalizing" or whatever "feelings" based crock du jour they think of.

And another thing, it's SEX. Gender is a grammatical term.

Sex is generally defined two ways (1) genotypically [ie. XX or XY] and (2) phenotypically - external manifestations of "femaleness" or "maleness," usually the sex organs, but also 2nd sex characteristics such as breast development, hair growth pattern, muscle mass, and bone development.
If you're XX or XO - you're a woman genetically and will look like a woman on the outside (although XO females are distinct). If you're XY, you're a male, with the rare exceptions of genotypically XY men, who have a mutation in the SRY gene (on the Y) or who have a mutated testosterone receptor, these folks will phenotypically be women (and should be treated as such).
You don't "change your mind" after the fact. People who want sex changes need a therapist, not a surgeon.

One day, the children are going to destroy this monstrous public school system.
They'll have to, since their elders are too p*ssy-whipped to complain about advancing socialism.

Does anybody know the email addresses for Savage, O'Reilly and Hannity? This is a story for the airwaves, I think. (I wouldn't bother with Rush: doesn't he shy away from "social issues" and mainly stick to defending Republican politicos and bashing Democrats?
