Man I hate those call centers. They're always calling up trying to see you kitchen cabinets and what not.

They usually want to speak to the last occupant of your flat because that's the person they have on record as being in that residence.

When I tell them that 'I'm not Mr So and So and I am not interested in their product' they usually want me to confirm if my telephone number is actually the one they have on their computer. I tell them I'm not going to tell them what my phone number is. They usually get a little flumoxed. They can't understand why I can't help them out with this little bitty detail. So I usually at that point ask the caller for his/her home personal phone number as well as an address.

This really gets to them. They get mad at me for making this 'bizarre and inappropriate demand' but they can't see how they were just making the same request of me and why I wouldn't tell them my personal details like that.
