I remember seeing a compulation radar data flight path of JFK's Jr's flight in AOPA's magazine, if the tinfoil hat types ever get a chance to see it perhaps it would change there mind, perhaps not.

It also has been said that he dived the Saratoga via vertigo. It then hit me, that he got inverted and thought up was down and down was up and pulled back and inverted dived into the ground.

What scandal involving AG Ashcroft? Are you joking?

Not at all. Both Bush administrations and all 8 years of Janet Reno have stonewalled press FOIA requests for info on the investigation, run out of the St Louis U.S. Attorney's office, involving both major Repoublican and Democratic party figures.

There's a good bet that the Dems are trying to arrange it to be Bush II's Watergate in the event the 2004 election doesn't go as they prefer. And who would direct such an inquiry? Why the junior senator from New York, with personal experience as a Watergate Hearings staffer.

$50 million-plus embezzled via the Farmer's Home Administration's farm loans program, much, perhaps as much as a third, of which was rolled back into political campaign contributions. The initial FBI investigations were into two USDA employees named Fife and [appropriately enough!] Lawless. Once it became clear that they were willing to implicate former Democratic House Minority Leader Richard Gephardt, the FBI and U.S. Attorney backed off.

Ashcroft's most recent involvement was while he was in the senate race with former Governor Mel Carnahan, who died before the election was held, but won. Both candidates were named in FBI FD-302s regarding the investigation.

I think more so as an indication of how he happens to be involved, periphially or centrally, in so many deaths, rather than as any indication that he was picked in advance for planned eliminations of key figures. If I could name anyone as an example of whom I would not want for such a role, Clinton would be high on the list. But once so involved a couple of times, he'd be well-controlled, and ready to do the little puppet dance needed. And he's far from alone.

I didn't see the AOPA article, but your account sounds accurate and confirms what I have heard. You have probably flown over water and night and can attest to how disorienting that can be--especially in haze.

Several years ago, an AF pilot who I knew died when he was flying an F-16 in a low level in the American southwest. The accident investigation board at Kelly AFB was able to determine the cause of the accident--they found pieces of the hud imbedded in his helmet visor. By recreating the angle of the pieces imbedded, they recreated where his head was looking at time of impact. They reconstructed the timeline and flight path, and discovered a train was crossing one of his ground check points on the low level. (I know this because I went to the school and talked to the director--Mike Grost). They determined he saw the train, looked at it, and at 500 feet he leaned enough on the controls to plow into the desert.

Flying is like that--lots of factors involved in any mishap. JFK Jr. died during an approach at night in haze over the water. Nothing conspiratorial about it.

I don't doubt he hated Hillary, she is an opportunist and he likely saw right through her. JRF Jr's mom taught him to be wary of the rest of the Kennedy clan as well. He was the best of that bunch. May God give him rest.

I used to spend a lot of time playing with Microsoft Flight Simulator. After John John's death I programed the simulator for a similar plane, same time and weather conditions.
I took off from the same airport. Dozens of times I tried to make it by keeping land in sight, just like John John was doing. I tried different routes and altitudes. It couldn't be done at that time of day in those weather conditions.

What Ceiling and Visibility were you using. If not Clear and 6 to 8 statute miles, then you were not simulating actual conditions. What aircraft? 182 Skylane? Mooney? Neither are similar to a PA-32 in handling characteristics.

Were you using the autopilot?, and are you indoctrinated into instrument procedures and discipline enough to program a simple coupled approach into that autopilot? If not, then I would suspect that you did not simulate "John-John's" final flight. JFK jr., according to the NTSB, did have that indoctrination and demonstrated it on at least one previous occasion.

...This Article quotes an unnamed longtime "Friend" of JFK Jr. ...saying JFK Jr's sexless marriage had him getting his sexual gratification outside his marriage with women in Europe resulting in a love child with one them. All due, again, to his unhappy marriage to CAROLYN BESSETTE.

...This counters everything Author LEAMER is lovingly saying to the contrary about JFK Jr. and his marriage in his new book "SONS of CAMELOT" that came out Tuesday.

...And it also sounds a lot like what GEORGE Magazine Editor RICHARD BLOW, under JFK Jr., smearingly said in his own JFK Jr. book.

...During the week that was the Death of JFK Jr. I personally called Editor RICHARD BLOW at GEORGE Magazine to ask him if he was still going to interview a silent JANET RENO about WACO and CHINAGATE ...like JFK Jr. was "going" to do but now couldn't..?

...BLOW's answer was at first "No" then it was"Maybe" and then finally "YES" ..after I told him that we at Freerepublic.com were watching him.

...JANET RENO's GEORGE Magazine "Interview" ended up shortly being published with her echoing the CLINTONS' claim of closeness to the KENNEDYS and JFK Jr.

...CLARITY about JFK Jr. comes from LEAMER's book this week and now just look at what happens..

Reports like that are why I don't see Hillary letting the 2004 election go by without her name on the ballot for either the top stop or VP (with anticipation to elevate her position sometime after the inauguaration).

There are just too many things that could happen if she waits.

Here's my Amazing Kreskin prediction: If John Kerry is polling well in the next few weeks, he will be forced to put Hillary on the VP ticket.

This of course, relies on the collective lefty commies going along with the mainstream media spouting their constant negative Iraqi drumbeat. Anything Cheney has pronounced as horribly negative, or Satanic deserves attention. If Hillary is picked as VP, I'll go underground to avoid the left's collective orgasim. Mind you, I'll need something stronger than Pepto.

Wow, I had no idea. It is difficult for me to consider that Ashcroft would ever taint himself; he has always acted more wholesome than any other public official. Perhaps it is some guilt by association more than any active wrongdoing on Ashcroft's part.
