I haven't bothered to search federal statutes.
However, I believe if proven true, could carry a
nasty penalty. Your right, conspiracy to assassinate
federal officials, is trying to overthrow our government
with force. Could carry the death penalty.
If the idiot knew about, he should have not adhered to
an unwritten code of silence.
