I will be interested to see how Dean (or some other front shill) will spin this to place full responsibility on the Bush administration, just as he did with Spain.

I no longer question -if- they'll blame Bush, all I wonder is -how-. In this case, that's going to take galaxy-sized pretzel-logic that should nauseate millions. It should be amusing.
