Relax, McCain--why don't you pass the time by playing a little solitaire?

For the love of all that's decent, Senator -- SHUT UP.

Very good advice for McCain. And to think, the Bush people named him as head of the Arizona campaign for them -- better get some other people out there or McCain might try to shift Arizona to Kerry the way things are going. McCain is just lying on Kerry's stance on defense -- Kerry is weak by the voting record which is all anyone needs to know. McCain can stuff it!

Oh, he's lying and he is SUCH an idiot.

And what BURNS me almost more is that he must think WE are such idiots.

And what WORRIES me more is that two hefty Clinton victories indicates that he has a point.

Story is already up on the front page of the NY Times website. I bet the Slimes webmaster had an angry mob at his desk yelling "HURRY!!! FASTER OR YOU'RE FIRED!!"

I told you that McCain would never forgive Rove for South Carolina and now he's making them pay. Watch for Kristol and the others to pile on soon.

McCain apparently campaigns for Bush, but really wants Kerry to win.

I've said it before and will say it again: McCain is a whack job.

You and me both!

We were disgusted with McCain in 2000 and his supporters on here and I detest him more now then I did in 2000! Going to be a long seven plus months until the election.

Both left their first wife and married for more money.

McNuts has changed his tune on the French looking ehtnically confused Kerry since he first returned from Hanoi.

So is McCain a tool or is the press using him as one. It seems like a mutual useful idiot issue at this point.

Yep. It's bad enough watching for arrows coming from outside the camp.

Hope McPain was a better soldier than he is a GOP Senator.

I just have one question... Where was McCain when all of the Dems were blasting Bush for 2 years with LIE after LIE after LIE after LIE (to borrow Killer Chappaquidick Ted's comments)? Why didn't we see him all over the news programs then? I almost wish he'd switch sides (officially) already!

With all the damage he caused from wrecking planes I somehow doubt he was a better soldier then GOP Senator. He reminds me of a spoiled brat and he should have outgrown that years ago.

But, no, I do not believe that he is necessarily weak on defense.

What does the word "necessarily" mean, in this context?

Could it mean that McLame is again equivicating?

This SOB is one sick puppy.

John McCain is toast in the GOP. Kerry and McCain became brothers in arms against Nam Vets when they signed off on the trade deal with Viet Nam. McCain couldn't drive through a Vietnamese neighborhood in a car he would have to drive a tank with full armor plating on it.

What does that say about the state of the GOP?

It says that the GOP is more diversified and tolerant of opposing viewpoints. The other way to say it is that there's one wacko in every bunch.

McCain says Kerry isn't weak on defense, huh?

Perhaps McCain doesn't know that Kerry's voted against every major weapons system for the last 20 years. Perhaps McCain's a lair and narcissistic twit.

There are more Republicans like McCain.

Some are probably even worse.

I noticed on the last "assault weapons" vote, there were around a dozen Republicans voting against us. There was a smaller number of Democratic Senators who voted for us.

Typically on votes where the issue is real conservatism, there will be about 10 republicans who cannot be counted on. Yes the Repubs are better than the Dems but that is not saying a lot.
