I don't see why not. We can build hundreds of office buildings daily that produce nothing, thousands of houses that produce nothing.
I can see it, oil prices, getting worse before better, but hey it needs to start soon.
Heck if cities themselves built these instead of stupid recycling centers we could rid ourselves of arab oil in about a decade.
I'm willing to work for it, why aren't we doing it?
