I don't think the ethnic hatred between the two sides would enable the Serbs to be sufficiently neutral.

That's irrelevant as the UN has already acknowledged that Kosovo lies within the international borders of Serbia. It is their nation and it will take an occupying army to keep them out.

Well, the UN made the mistake of not supporting us in Irq, the organisation is useless.

The ethnic hatred IS relevant. I abhor this 'ethnic cleansing' that BOTH sides have indulged in. There MUST be a neutral power to prevent it from happening again.
