No ballots were sent to the deceased, and there is no indication any dead person managed to receive a ballot, election officials said. No problem. They will just show up in person at the polls on the day of the election.

Oh, it is not exploitation of Indians and Mexicans. Or, Haitians or Jamaicans, for that matter. The local dem ward captains pay very well for multiple voters and for the voting documents for dead people.

And these guys would be R's or D's?
Well, as you said, they must be Democ-Rats, because their Party was not mentioned, and you know if they had been Republicans, every human being on the planet would know about it by now, and maybe some who are not even on the planet any more.

Worse, a party operative is voting, repeatedly, for all sorts of other people, some of whom vote and some of whom do not. When and if that person happens to be dead, they notice (sometimes) and catch it. When that person isn't dead, the party operative gets away with it. Mail in ballots are tailor made for vote fraud. Large scale fraud probably succeeds, to the extent of 5% to 10% of the votes cast. Few elections *aren't* that close.
