Kerry Describes His Own Vote as "Irresponsible" and an Act of "Cutting and Running" (audio file)
/NC/Hugh Hewitt

Posted on 03/19/2004 4:45:05 PM PST by hole_n_one

The FNC aired a clip of Kerry being interviewed on CBS's Face The Nation between the time he voted "for" the 87 billion dollar funding for U.S. troops and his ultimate vote against that same bill.

The FNC panel then had some choice words afterwards.

Audio was grabbed from Hugh Hewitt's brilliant yack show on the dial......

Transcript of FTN/Kerry exchange......

Questioner(unk): If that amendment does not pass, will you then vote against the 87 billion?

Kerry: I don't think any United States Senator is going to abandon our troops and wrecklessly leave Iraq to, to whatever follows as a result of simply cutting and running. That's irresponsible.

Kerry is an accomplished cut-and-runner. He's done it for much of his adult life.

As a resident of Mass, I would like to apologize for Senators Kerry & Kennedy. I think the cumulative brainwashing by the Boston Globe has left most Mass voters devoid of their senses.

However, many Mass voters don't need brainwashing; in many cases a light rinse will do.

Kerry abandoned the children of Vietnam.

He worked his darndest to have other Americans abandon our allies there.

I wonder how easy it was for the mothers to forgive Kerry for ensuring their children grew up under tyrrany instead of growing up in freedom.

I hope the mothers of Vietnam can forgive me for being a dupe/dope who protested the Vietnam war.

Don't abandon the children of Iraq
Like my generation abandoned the children of Vietnam

This guy (Jacquesstrap Flipfloppin Kerry) has no substance.

It is unbelievable how he can say one thing at one time and then do or say the exact opposite.

Imagine having that at the helm of the Nation. He'd steer this ship of state onto a sandbar.

You need not appologize for Sen.'s K&K....we got stuck with Harkin here in Iowa (HHHUUUURRRRLLLLL)

I must say that this too is a rare instance where I agree with Kerry's statement...about calling himself irresponsible.

What a piece of work this guy is...rates right up there with the Clintonistas and ole Teddy boy...pack of socialistic dogs.
