What these two "Patriotic" Americans' sign says:
Support the Only Position with Successful Historical Precedent
Call for the Mutiny of U.S. FORCES in Iraq as in Vietnam!
U.S. Regime withdrew from Vietnam in 1975 only after
Mutiny in Ranks: Mass Shootings of Officers by Enlisted Men
and Refusal of Recruits to Even Get on Troop Ships! Mutiny
at an earlier date would have saved the lives of
2 Million Vietnamese and over 58 Thousand Americans!

This kind of sign should not be legal imo. Where is the media who are pretending these protesters were average American families and Disney characters with a sweet anti war message? This guy should have been arrested!!!

I'd love to get these idiots' e-mail addresses and send them with this photo to some of our troops overseas. Ask our brave fighting men and women to write and tell these appeasing scum how they feel about the 'Mutiny' idea.

The first thing that struck me was the unkempt, burnt-out, glassy-eyed look of those two dozy berks with the sign.
The next thing was the wording of the sign. All US troops were actually withdrawn from Viatnam by 1973. The last large combat unit (101st Airborne) left in 1971. There were no mass shootings. There were a number of individual fraggings, mostly in support units. As far as "troops refusing to get on troopships," troopships went out in the 1960s and troops came and went on airplanes.
These guys hit the weed (or judging from their apparently deficient dentition, the meth) too hard.
O gaze on the Kerry campaign, and wonder.

Oh, yeah.. of those 2 million Vietnamese? About 1 million were armed enemy combatants. About half a million were armed ARVN combatants. About 20,000 were civilians killed, almost always by accident, by US or ARVN forces. The remainder were civilians killed by Communist forces.
Sources: various, but principally Gunter Lewy's America in Vietnam and RJ Rummel's Democide website.

CzarNicky, that is EXACTLY what I was thinking when I saw the picture. Hopefully these dopes will print their next sign in paragraph format and continue to use 12-point font for a bedsheet-sized sign!
Even their supporters will be bored to tears with their inane, difficult-to-read rambling.

Not sure I could stand by and let that sign go by, before I took it from those two Commies. IMHO, when they call for the assassination of our military leaders, they've crossed the line in my book, and it's one thing to exercise freedom of speech, it's another to call for shooting Military officers. The 1st Amendment guarantee's all of us freedom of speech under the law, but it doesn't give us the right to scream "Fire" in a crowded theater.
I'm quite sure those two misguided delusional Commies would have to accept my taking their sign and destroying it, or they would have to fight me, either way, the sign would be destroyed

My guess is these guys were kids during the Viet Nam war, so they missed out on all the protests. They've just been waiting for another war, any war, so they could finally protest against something. And they've been doing a lot of drugs in the meantime.

Why are most socialist protestors funny looking old guys? They're trying desperately to recapture the feeling of what many thought to be the best times of their lives (in the late 60's), but just can't seem to come to grips with the fact that their youth is long gone and Woodstock is over.
Btw, if a Rat Prez were currently in power and had conducted the war in Iraq exactly as Bush has done (a big if, I'm well aware), these protests wouldn't be happening, and the leftists would be praising Iraq's liberation like there's no tomorrow. This is all about partisan politics and nothing more.

withdrew from Vietnam in 1975 only after Mutiny in Ranks: Mass Shootings of Officers by Enlisted Men and Refusal of Recruits to Even Get on Troop Ships! Funny, I spent the ENTIRE DECADE of the 70s in the Navy, made 3 combat cruises to 'nam, was on the staff of a couple of Admirals, had a TOP SECRET clearance, in fact I had clearances so high that the mere fact I held them was CLASSIFIED CONFIDENTIAL, and I don't recall anything like this in ANY of the intel reports I read.
Did anyone else hear of ANYTHING like this????

Blanket amnesty.
He didn't even have the guts to punish them with a small fine.
I say bring these loosers to the Vets they spit on.
That should be punishment enough. And just to ensure that no "Naked Gun" situation happens (the police chief went in to beat up the thug but the thug beat him up instead) establish a patriotic perimeter. If the punishment starts to look sour, the people at the sidelines can join the frey.
They will never, ever, spit at another serviceman and burn our flag again as long as they are dead...um...as long as they live.
