This article does NOT say WHO did the shooting!
Why do I suspect it was a Muslim Albanian?

Clinton's Kosovo Quagmire.
The only hope for peace is to let the Serb army return.

This article does NOT say WHO did the shooting! Yes it did. You are obviously unskilled in reading biased media reports. Here are some rules:
1. If the perpetrator's ethnicity is not mentioned, it is a Muslim.
2. If a story is too damaging to a candidate the media supports (ex: Kerry and Kansas City) than it is "unsubstantiated".
3. If a politician is accused of a crime, and their party affiliation is not mentioned, it is Democrat.

Well, here's a place we shouldn't have been in to begin with, where we were supporting the wrong side, and we've been there for YEARS, but I don't hear the media complaining.......

They tend to leave that out when Muslims are at fault since they still consider them "allies." When Serbs kills someone in defense, they put the ethnicity in the headline in front to the world "killed."

they get it, "ethnically-motivated violence":
NATO STATEMENT:
"There should be no doubt: this kind of ethnic conflict does nothing for Kosovo," NATO said in a statement Friday, stressing that a return to violence would undermine chances for accession to the Euro-Atlantic institutions.
Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer:
"What happened last week, orchestrated and organised by extremist factions in the Albanian community, is unacceptable ... it should be condemned and it's a shame."
"I also urge the responsible leadership of the Albanian community to unequivocally condemn [the violence against Serbs]."
Albanians were wrong if they thought "that by inciting violence they will bring their political ambitions closer". On the contrary, he said, this would only lengthen the process."
EU foreign ministers, meeting in Brussels Monday, condemned all acts of and the attacks against KFOR troops and UNMIK personnel and sites:
"The priority [is] to avoid further violence and loss of life, to restore calm in Kosovo as well as to preserve regional stability," the ministers said in a statement. They urged both sides to refrain from provocative acts, calling on the Kosovo Albanian leadership in particular "to take responsibility for the situation" and to ensure that threats and violence end.
Extremist forces can have no role in settling Kosovo's future status, the EU ministers said, adding that those responsible should be brought to justice.

It couldn't possibly be a KLA terrorist doing the shooting.
Wes Clark certified that the KLA had turned in 100% of their arms ?

Neither does it say who was shot. If it was Euros, then screw them.
