You teach your children from day one that they must kill the infidel then get PO'd when they do try it. Maybe you should rethink your teachings.

The people who gave me the suicide belt told me this was my only chance to have sex.

Lovely just lovely.

Their names should be published so everyone can know exactly who it was.

Then we could see if the "outrage" is real or fake. I am betting fake but I would love to be pleasantly surprised.

The family of Husam Abdu, 16, of Nablus, who was caught on Wednesday at an IDF checkpoint with an explosive vest strapped to his body, has reacted with fury to reports that he had been dispatched to carry out a suicide attack.

His mother, however, said she would not have opposed the decision to send her son on the suicide mission had he been over 18.

Huh? We're not talking about Junior taking up smoking cigarettes, Mom.

My friends at school make fun of me," he said. "They call me 'Brains ' ...

?

He said he learned about the pleasures of heaven from his teacher.

?

"My teacher in school told us about it," he explained. "He told us to fast, to pray, and to do good deeds to reach paradise. He told us about the life of pleasure which is waiting for us there: a river of honey, a river of wine, and 72 beautiful girls.

So, your teacher told you that C4 plus nails plus you equals honey plus wine plus 72 babes? I think you need to switch schools, Brainiac. Somebody's pulling your leg.

"Since I am studying the Koran, I know about the good life which awaits there. The people who gave me the suicide belt told me this was my only chance to have sex."

Whoa! Common sense test failed! Ugly men have sex all the time. (Insert French joke here). Contrary to popular Palestinian belief, chicks do not dig guys who blow themselves up. The suicide vest, while sporty, doesn't really scream 'dressed for success'.

"He's a boy who doesn't know good from bad."

Redundant. Story already identifies doofus in question as being "Palestinian." :)

"They appealed to the Palestinians to reconsider what are the benefits of a violent struggle".

The key parts of this article are the sentences such as this one....and there are several.

Looks to me like Israel's action in taking out the psychopathic cleric worked just the way it was planned. I detect some Pali fear now.

"We don't use children under the age of 17," said Hashem Abu Hamdan, a local leader of the Aksa Martyrs Brigades.

Yeh, right, and Clarke will put that in his next book.

What about the 11 year old carrying bomb materials a couple weeks ago, or the 8 year old last week, and now this boy.

Someone posted some 'results' pix of former homicide bombers (or what was left of them). Gruesome, yes, but the Israelis should print them on fliers and dump them in every Pali settlement. Maybe the 'results' pix would cause the potential bombers to change their minds.

Oh, well, if he had been 18, it would have been just fine.

Just damn.

I am really confused.
The Muslim Mass Murderers propaganda machine had me convinced that the Israelis had made the whole thing up. Got an actor to play the role of a retarded palestinian and everything.

You mean it really happened??
OMG!!

I wonder if they’re just protesting in order to keep their house from being bulldozed like the rest of the suicide bomber family homes.

It's good to know that she has some standards on the proper age for your child to blow up. There is hope for these people after all. I can stop wringing my hands.

Asked whether she would have supported her son had he been older, the mother replied: "If he was over 18, that would have been possible, and I might even encourage him to do it.

In this country we don't let 18 year olds buy beer, I guess the HINO crowd figures old enough to vote, old enough to get a part time job as a suicide bomber.

Seriously, this kid is like every other testosterone crazed teen age boy. Can we use this against the HINO's? What if we sent Britney to the middle east to spread the message that they've all been fooled, that there aren't 72 virgins on the other side? If you were 16, who would you believe, some old dried up turban wearing Ayatollah, or a skanked out silicon inflated blond who was next to nude and flopping around like a gut hooked bass? I'd take the blond.

With that statement, this Mommy Dearest has proven herself to be as morally bankrupt as the fiends who conned her son nnto trying to kill some innocents for Mohammed. She has no reason to complain. Her demonic beliefs are in perfect harmony with the violent death others planned for her son.

"He was a short, naive boy who had been struck in the head when he was a child and has been suffering from an illness since then. We always kept an eye on him because we knew he was a small child. Although he's 16, he thinks like a 10-year-old."<

Great mom we've got, here. Let's protect our retarded son from horrific exploitation for the next 2 years, but on his 18th birthday, Ka BLAM!

This woman is absolutely a waste of skin.

Ah, so many points to consider....

His mother, however, said she would not have opposed the decision to send her son on the suicide mission had he been over 18.

So they grow em up to blow em up? So much for maternal instinct.

"We were completely surprised to hear about this incident," he said. "We condemn those who sent the boy to blow himself up. He was an innocent and quiet boy. He was a short, naive boy who had been struck in the head when he was a child and has been suffering from an illness since then. We always kept an eye on him because we knew he was a small child. Although he's 16, he thinks like a 10-year-old."

This is a huge problem. I'm sure this approach is okay with the right-to-kill-off-the-inconvenient types.

"We're very worried that they will come to our house in Nablus," he said. "I prefer to go to them before they come here. I want to talk to my son and find out what happened." He said he is angry at Israel because its actions encourage young men to carry out suicide attacks.

The father is ticked at Israel? I didn't realize that the IDF was blowing up there own people. So Hamas has been lying all along?/so

Khawlah Khalil, a nurse at a local hospital, said she was shocked when she saw the boy on TV removing the eight-kilogram bomb from his body. "This is a barbaric act," she said. "I wasn't able to sleep all night after watching the boy on TV. This is very harmful to the Palestinian cause."

Harmful to the Palestinian cause. Ya think?

"We don't use children under the age of 17," said Hashem Abu Hamdan, a local leader of the Aksa Martyrs Brigades. He and other Fatah activists accused Israel of concocting the story with the aim of defaming the Palestinians.

Is this another Palestinian "Oops" moment? These people are evil and getting worse.
