They're humans in name only. HINO. I like it. I suppose it was only a matter of time before this name surfaced. I must admit it is more PC than:
animals, subhumans, sandmaggots, primitive scum, rabid dogs, walking offal, garbage-in-a-dress...
I was sitting here sickened and the thought crossed my mind that these people are so twisted that they must have been born without souls --- that they're barely human --- so I figured why not call them HINOs instead of sub-human.
