Lebanon is an exception to all Arab countries. As a matter of fact, if it was not for the radical Islamists in Lebanon, it would have renounced its affiliation to the Arabs all together. Lebanon uses French as almost first language, its culture, and intelligentsia is very European.

I agree partly - Most of the Muslims in Lebanon are VERY liberal (the women are particularly stunning) although it does have its share of lunatics.
