Looks like there are plenty of people in Maine who could use the work, and they are a lot closer to those jobs than people in Mexico and Central and South America are:

ME would be off adressing how to get citizens who want to work to where the jobs are.

Yes, they're only three or four hundred miles away.

That would certainly make a long commute.

They are also probably personally unsuitable for waiting on wealthy tourists, after spending their lives cutting timber and digging clams.

They make me sick. If the Somali's could speak English, then THEY could take the jobs. Hell, they are taking everything ELSE from the state!
