Evidence in the Madrid train bombings points to the participation of a new breed of Islamic holy warrior, unfettered by many of the religious and ideological constraints that defined Islamic terrorism in the past.

These Islamist warriors -- schooled in the North African doctrine known as Takfir wal Hijra and trained by Afghan veterans of al Qaeda -- think, recruit and operate differently from traditional Islamist networks. For Europe, that makes the threat particularly acute. The Takfir movement is strongest in Morocco and Algeria, the primary sources of Muslim immigration to Western Europe. Takfiri theorists openly advocate using immigration as a Trojan horse to expand jihad, or holy war.

Also, with high natality, islamists are preparing to drown out the native population of western countries until they become the majority. Just look what happened in Kosovo. This is the same recipe they are using in a number of other western countries, including US.

This actually has been openly advocated all along ... its in the Koran, fully encouraged as military strategy and encouraged to be used if muslim warrior numbers are too small to take a land by force.

We don't have a huge Muslim immigration to the US - yet. But those that we have seem to have been quite happy to be harboring terrorists among them in their communities.

One thing that is not mentioned is that these North Africans in particular have their sights set on taking over Spain again, and now that they are distributed throughout France and Germany thanks to immigration, these countries are also on their list.

There is considerable fear in Spain that the Socialist government is perceived as soft and that Morocco will make more attempts to take over border regions (those little islands that everybody laughed about) and the Spanish cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Last time, when the Moroccans tried to land on the island, the only country that supported Spain was the US. With the new Socialist government doing its best to alienate the US, this may not happen again.

Also, there are plans for a bridge across the Straits of Gibraltar. As one Spaniard commented, this is one bridge the Muslims won't try to blow up.

Yep, up here in NYC, the service labor was performed by blacks from the south and Puerto Ricans from the 1930s-1970s. They were replaced by Dominicans and then Mexican. I understand that down south, much of the service labor used to be performed by blacks, but now the Mexicans and Central Americans have gotten a toehold down there as well.

I am surprised there have not been terror attacks in the US using Jihadis that do not fit the established mold.

Then again the reports of people paying Mexican Coyotes (coyotes are the people who smuggle immigrants from Mehico) 25,000 dollars for a safe trip make one wonder. Why would a mexican pay that much to come here and work for minimum wage? Unless it is someone else.

Mullah Krekar previously ran Ansar al-Islam, which provided safe haven for Zarqawi and his minions after they left Baghdad in May 2002. He also may have met Zarqawi during his trip to Afghanistan or during a meeting with al-Qaeda emissaries in the late 1990s back when Abu Zubaydah was the controller for Ansar al-Islam.

I do all that stuff myself. I did hire a local Vietnam vet to remove to huge trees from my yard. He quoted me a favorable price and I allowed him to work the job around his other groundskeeping appointments. I now have 4 cords of wood from the first tree. He's contracted to do the second tree now. He's taking classes on his GI bill benefits and will be taking the 2nd tree down as time permits in his class schedule. The only "rush" on the job is getting the tree down before it starts sucking water and leafing out.

If they did they wouldn't be hired...that defeats the whole purpose of unethical employers who hire illegals and pay them under the table in cash. So they don't have to pay them competitive wages and benefits that citizens would demand!

Only problem is the 'anglo'(I'm guessing you mean all white people) population in the US isn't contracting. Its only shrinking in relation to the flood from elsewhere. And its not (yet) a fate accompli as you suggest - all we have to do to prevent this is reform our immigration policy.

The way public sentiment is trending these days that may not be such a far fetched possibility.

Not all Americans are lazy. Where I live immigration both legal and illegal has been fairly low until recently and the work has been getting done. No doubt many Americans are lazy but I still believe that if illegals are deported and legal immigration reduced, the country still will survive though it may be tough for a while.

Which is what will happen to Americans as the continents become one big undifferntiated economic mass from Hudson Bay to Tierra del Fuego.
