It's the socialist, open border communist, and this includes most of congress and the federal government that are doing their best to undermine our borders, and our sovereignty. It's creating *nationwide* fraud, chaos, shutting down our hospitals, and choking off our social services and on and on and on. Not to mention the huge security problems or the *tons* of drugs being brought in routinely.
