did FReepers do that?

did they actually go up and pound on the windows?
did they even cross the bounds and onto the property?
isn't the Naval Observatory a government property, instead of a private residence?

The DC Chapter, in its finest hour.

did they actually go up and pound on the windows?

No.

did they even cross the bounds and onto the property?

No. They were across the street, if memory serves.

Yes, of course. I wasn't saying there was no difference or that you were being hypocrital. I was just informing you that protesting outside a personal residence has a noble precedent that might cause you to reconsider part of what you said.

FReepers aren't as obnoxious or are as stupid as were these clowns (as you know). That's why they were still at the Naval Observatory for several days making life pure hell for AlGore, and it was effective too. By contrast, these thugs at Rove's house were kicked out quickly and probably did themselves more harm than good given Mr. Rove's imperious and vindictive personality. :-)
