Kosovo was absolutely not a successful policy by any stretch of the imagination. Over 1500 Serbs (women, children, and old people) have been murdered by the KLA members since 1999. They destablized the entire region to include Macedonia and southern Presevo....
I say again, the policy in Kosovo is presently a complete FAILURE...........................and is presently going to disrupt the entire Balkans......
